Hemosep has been shortlisted in the Times Higher Education Awards – in the category for Outstanding Contribution to Innovation and Technology.
We are delighted to have been shortlisted for this prestigious award for the development of Hemosep alongside the University of Strathclyde, it is fantastic news that Hemosep has been recognised as the innovative product it is.
Hemosep is soon to be used on patients in Britain for the first time in trials throughout hospitals across the country and this award comes at a time that really celebrates the exciting things to come for the novel device.
Ben Williams, head of business development for Advancis Surgical, said: “We’re delighted for our partners at Strathclyde that our project has been shortlisted. It shows that the huge potential of Hemosep to contribute to better healthcare is starting to be recognised.”
We have our fingers crossed for the announcement of the winners in November.
